GAIN YOUR GRAD CERT, GRAD DIP OR MSC
(IMP DENT) IN AUSTRALIA/NZ
A unique learning opportunity for dentists in the Australasia region.
Designed for working dentists who wish to undertake solid didactic learning in implants and obtain an accredited award of Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Master of Science in Implant Dentistry qualification whilst they work.
The Grad Cert and Grad Dip in Implant Dentistry are 4 module (60 credit) or 6 module (90 credit), 1-1.5 year part-time programs , accredited by the regulated UK awarding body, EduQual. The qualification is aligned with the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), allowing use of the postnominals Grad Cert or Grad Dip (Imp Dent). This course is suitable for beginners and experienced implant dentists. This program utilises a blend of online theory, a practical skills week and supervised clinical casework in your own region, providing postgraduate qualification opportunities with reduced disruption to your practice. If you are already an experienced implant dentist you may apply for exemption on direct supervision requirements for the Clinical Cases module, and submit independent case reports.

The Master of Science degree in Advanced Dental Implantology is a Level 7 postgraduate qualification awarded by Aston University, The Guardian's UK University of the Year and a member of the prestigious Russell Group of Universities. Teaching is collaborative with Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology. The qualification is aligned with the United Kingdom's Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), permitting use of the postnominals MSc (Imp Dent). The MSc involves a research skills module and a research project and dissertation, adding a further 90 credits to the Grad Dip level. Entry into the MSc is either by extension of the Postgraduate Diploma pending meeting grade requirements*, or by direct entry for suitable candidates (by interview).

*A grade of 60% or more is required in all modules of the Grad Dip program to allow continuation into MSc.
