PAYMENT PLANS

Please read these conditions before scrolling down to sign up for a payment plan.

When setting up a payment plan, you will be asked to join as a "site member". Your membership will first come to The Implant Institute for approval. After approval is given, you will be able to log in again with the same details, to set up your Payment Plan details.

Payment Plans for Grad Cert & Grad Dip (Imp Dent) programs

You have the option to pay course enrolment fees by payment plan, after the $1,500 registration security fee has been paid. To enrol, you must be a registered dentist with at least 12 months experience in dental practice or dental hospital. Dentists from other countries contact us first to discuss potential program enrolment circumstances before registering. 

 

Withdrawal or Cancellation

In the case of a cancellation prior to course commencement: The $1,500 registration security fee and any payments made are refundable except in the 21 days before course commencement. In the 21 days before course commencement, all repayments are refundable except the $1,500 course registration security fee.

 

In the case of withdrawal from the course due to any circumstances after course commencement: Withdrawal in first 10 weeks of the course commencement may allow up to 50% of course fees refunded or cancelled at the discretion of The Implant Institute. Withdrawal after 10 weeks of the course commencement still incurs full course fees and no fees can be refunded or cancelled.

Cancellation terms

Plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable once a course has commenced. Plans can be cancelled due to course withdrawal before 21 days prior to course commencement, and paid fees would be refunded minus transaction fees concerned. If cancelled due to course withdrawal within 21 days prior to course commencement, the $1,500 course registration security fee is not refundable, but any other payments are refunded. A Payment Plan is binding and if for any reason the payment method provided defaults at any stage of the plan, The Implant Institute is owed and must recover all amounts owing and any costs incurred.

Terms & Conditions related to program attendance, dates, changes and travel arrangements

  • PGCert/PGDip Program: Dates for PGCert & PGDip online theory programs modules are definite and secure. The Practical Skills Modules are also fixed in advance. You may book your flights and accomodation well in advance for Module 2.

  • Training & Workshop Programs: The Implant Institute may cancel  scheduled courses up to thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start of the course if required. If you are travelling for these programs, you may chose to await confirmation prior to booking flights and accommodation, or alternatively book exchangeable flights and accommodation. The Implant Institute is not responsible for reimbursing prepaid (including non-refundable) customer travel costs. 

  • Images & Marketing: By registering for a program, you agree that visual material from the program may be used for promotional purposes. Please state any objections to this by separate written notification to The Implant Institute.
